INdividual Therapy

Woman smiling confidently - Individual Therapy - Sincere Life

Individual Therapy

I specialize in working with individuals who would like to build confidence and develop a stronger sense of personal identity. Sometimes we get stuck focused on what we think other people want us to do and end up feeling inauthentic. We can get stuck feeling like we are just going through the motions of life. My goal is to help people have a strong sense of personal identity and the confidence to live an authentic life.

I try to achieve this by creating a safe nonjudgmental space to explore patterns and stuck areas, communication and attachment styles, and past experiences. I can also incorporate different techniques such as EMDR and Art Therapy within sessions. EMDR can be used to process through trauma and distressing memories and to replace negative beliefs that we have created about ourselves with positive beliefs.
